Headshot session booking information: When you book a headshot session or ask for a custom quote, we will ask you to provide certain personal information required to confirm and process your booking or provide you with a custom quote. This information includes your full name and email address.

Facebook pixel helps me to measure the effectiveness of my Facebook ads and to deliver targeted ads basing on user’s interactions on the site. Google Analytics helps me to measure traffic arriving at the site and analyse its origin, track how users navigate on the site and generate reports. Analytics data generated by these services include the user’s internet protocol address, the site that referred or linked users to my site, pages viewed on the site, the time that users spend on the site (bounce rate) and as well as the date and time of visit. Tracking data is used primarily to assess the site’s performance and identify ways in which I can improve its design and appeal.

In exceptional cases, I may be obligated to disclose information if for example I am required to do so in compliance to a sub poena or lawful request of a law enforcement agencies. Rights of minors: I do not specifically direct my headshot photography services to persons who are under the age of 13 neither do I willfully collect information from them. I will only take headshots of users under the age of 13 with clear and verifiable consent of their parents or legal guardian.
